Joey Pouches

Most of you must have heard about the Australian wild fires and the amount of animals that were killed(about half a million animals😢) So i decided to sew up some joey pouches for Kangaroos, Koalas and Wallabies that were rescued from the fire sites. The rescue workers in Australia are calling and accepting sewn and knitted products from kind crafty people all over the world.

So far I have only sewn two small sized joey pouches but i plan on sewing a bunch more, after all it’s for a good cause!

For those interested in helping the animals you can go to this Facebook group (Animal Rescue Craft Guild) and find out more details on how to help those animals !!
