Weighted blanket helps with anxiety and stress. A weighted blanket can be used as a calming tool or for stress. It also provides pressure and sensory input for individuals with special needs. The deep pressure from the weight causes the body to produce serotonin and endorphins, which are the chemical our bodies naturally use to feel relaxed and calm.
I had this old weighted blanket that I sew a few years ago & doesn’t look afresh anymore so I added a cover on top of it.
Then sew on a buckle belt horizontally on somewhat where the shoulder or the chest part touches the top of the cover fabric.
It stays on the shoulder with the help of the buckle and don’t have to hold on to it.
